Mind you, at the same time--s/he was just waking up, and could be forgiven the underload--there was a rundown of the client list, followed by three transactions, two reservations at hotels on Mars and Luna respectively, a pingback to Reece regarding location and job details in case of emergency, some flirtation with someone else on the wireless network who would later prove to be a spy who would come out of the whole thing feeling very awkward, flirtation with someone else else who couldn't afford the service but could be forwarded to a perfectly respectable normal whorehouse, and the perusal of a blog by some Dearest unit whose master wouldn't sleep with her, plus note-taking on same and a cross-reference to a future job for a guy who had a thing for robot women who would a: in the end be real and b: be gone in the morning after c: being taught to feel! real feelings! for the first time!
